Instagram and Facebook Data
When you connect your Instagram account, we request access to publish content on your behalf. We store your Instagram access token securely and use it solely to publish content you explicitly approve through our platform. We do not sell or share your Instagram data with third parties. You can revoke our access at any time through your Instagram account settings.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for database storage and Square for payment processing. We do not store your full payment card details. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Square for payment processing, Supabase for data storage, OpenAI for AI caption generation, and Meta (Instagram/Facebook) for social media publishing. Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing the use of your data.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time. You may cancel your subscription and request account deletion by contacting us. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data from our systems within 30 days.
