Content generated by our AI tools is provided as-is. You retain full responsibility for reviewing and approving any content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated captions. You agree not to use our AI tools to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.

Social Media Platforms

When you connect your social media accounts, you authorize Markets to publish content on your behalf. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of each connected platform (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.). We are not responsible for content rejected or removed by third-party platforms.

Intellectual Property

The Markets platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using our tools. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Limitation of Liability

Markets is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us.
